I am very thankful for Urgent vet. They are a great alternative to the Emergency vet where is gobs and gobs of money for your pets. While Urgent Vet is still a hot to the wallet, it's a far better hit to the wallet than an Emergency Vet visit. The staff is always extremely professional and polite and they listen to you. Make you feel important to them. The fact they call the next day to check up on your fur baby speaks volumes that they are doing it better than the rest. At least in my book they are.

We lost her beloved pitbull Charlie when my husband got out of the hospital from having kidney surgery I have never in my life, met such carrying loving people in my life. I could’ve stayed as long as I wanted to with our pitbull. They gave me a buzzer when I was ready to leave, all I had to do is push the button. When I went to pick him up from having him cremated, it was like a girl handed me my son’s death certificate, and I lost it A lady the owner or his wife or somebody came outside and checked on me and my husband, they handed him to me in a blue bag with a paw print on the front Inside was a Velvet bag with his ashes inside of it There was a box of blue box with silver bow and inside with his paw print and there was a card for his cremation. I’m telling you anyone that loves their pet as much as my husband loved your dog. Please take them to the urgent that on Harden Blvd., In Lakeland Florida they’re the most wonderful caring people who ever want me in your life. God bless them for taking such good care of our dog that we love for 13 years. I’ll never forget them and I will back them all the way my husband and I love the way they handled our little boy. I just want to say thank you so much. It’s been a week and it just seems like it happened today. Thank you all so much for taking care of her a little boy you have no idea how much we appreciate you. God bless you so much for caring for a little boy, like you did Larry and Bonnie Butts of Lakeland, Florida.

Got in same day by saving our spot online. Were immediately placed in a room, had to wait almost an hour to see the vet, but considering it as basically a walk-in urgent care facility made it understandable. Veterinarian and technician were very kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with our dog and quickly cleaned up his foot and prescribed antibiotics. Overall happy with the visit.

Even though it was a sad situation of having to put my baby down the staff was amazing and very caring. Can’t beat kindness in this world. 10/10 experience considering the circumstances. Mr. Leo is no longer in pain and I will forever be grateful for how nice everyone was.

I would highly recommend this urgent care vet. Very simple to make your appointment online, when I arrived within 3 to 4 minutes I was back in the room. My cat was having respiratory issues. They did a full examination recommended IV fluids, he had gotten very thin, a shot Of antibiotics, and an appetite stimulant to help him gain some weight. Very fairly priced! I honestly expected it to be more. All of the staff seemed like they really enjoyed working there, The vet was very helpful and explaining everything that would be done.

Amazing service! I noticed after getting back from work my cat Meelo had a huge gash to the side of his face and we rushed to the only open vet which was here. They took him back immediately and he was very calm when hes normally a very anxious cat. I was so worried but they reassured me so well, they had to explain he needed stiches. They were very informative and the pricing was nowhere near as expensive as I expected! Meelo is back to running around and playing all happy and healthy! If I ever have an emergency again with my pets this is my go to vet! This is him after the stitches and he looks like nothing ever even happened!!

They were sensitive to my concerns and very attentive. The vet assistant was very thorough and explained everything very well. The vet was very knowledgeable and tried her best to resolve the issues trying various way to find a remedy. My puppy felt so at ease there and was happy not scared.

My 8 lb Yorkie ate a HUGE green grape which filled his entire mouth! He refused to give it up! BRAT!!! Cornered, he chomped down as hard as he could, broke it; ate it!!! Yikes! Very poisonous!! Urgent Care took him right away. It was 45 minutes after ingestion when we walked through their door. Met by a professional, our dog 🐕 was given a shot to vomit, then given a shot for nausea. The Vet then came out to talk with us -- very reassuring! We were even asked if we wanted to see the "evidence". Another nice touch, which I accepted (my cousin, not-so-much 😆). Another nice thing is that Urgent Care is open until late at night.... We were beyond satisfied. See our cute "Brat" below.
